Triple Crown’s owner, Billy Hood, was one of the most knowledgeable heating and cooling professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. His attention to detail rates high in my book. My wife and I understand that with the changing seasons, heating and cooling professionals are in high demand. But, Billy was a straight shooter, efficient, and quick when it came to responding to my family's needs. He provided information on how to maintain the energy efficiencies of my home and we will continue to call on Triple Crown in the future.

The previous company who came to my home didn’t fix a thing, but Billy fixed my issue and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. I've worked with Triple Crown on commercial property as well as my own home. Triple Crown made my commercial work extremely simple. They did what they said they would do and I didn't have to provide management. My residential project was trickier but I found Triple Crown willing and capable to assist. The residential job required multiple trips to my home but they were always there and always troubleshooting until we solved it. It was the middle of summer and our air was out. When I needed them, they delivered. In the end, I've got heating and cooling systems that far exceeded my previous systems. I would recommend Triple Crown. They are trustworthy and fair.
